Dominated by the fruit-driven freshness of strawberries and cherries, the nose evolves to include grilled pineapple. Concrete minerality and just-ripened watermelon provide a palate that melds into a finish of balanced, soft tannins and juicy acidity. This would pair nicely with grilled chicken or pork chop and Panzanella salad with plenty of fresh basil.
