An intoxicating nose of baking spices, lavender, tobacco, and a mix of candy-like red fruits. Darker and more intense fruits then lead to a palate of savory cinnamon, ripe cranberry, and chalky minerality. Moderate, sandy tannins and refreshing acidity provide for a lengthy and memorable finish. Carignon pairs exceptionally with a giant charcuterie board of cured meats and aged cheeses, you could also have it for company and some homemade summer ratatouille. Cellar through 2032.
