Notes of ripe red fruit and clove and nutmeg baking spices blend with a slight mintiness on the nose. The palate takes shape with concentrated reduced fruit characteristics - blackberry cobbler - as well as confectionary spice notes. The fruit is carried by a focused acid beam, raising a classic black pepper note with rounded, mellow tannins. Cellar 2024-2027.
