Always the first wine constructed during blending trials, and arguably one of our most important wines. The vast majority of the vineyards contributing to the wine are from the calcareous loam soils of Paso Robles. The exception is the Syrah from Coast View Vineyards in Monterey County.
"Lively aromas of lavender, lilac, black plum and açaí excite the nose on this blend. There's a sticky structure to the palate, where generous and fresh purple flower, dark berry and smoke flavors pop." - M.K.
